The highlight of the day will be the showing of the film "The Price of Sand," produced and directed by Jim Tittle, from 6:00 to 8:00PM. Doors will open at 5:30PM. Seating is limited to 480 so plan to arrive early!. Tickets for this film are: adults $5; seniors & students, $4.

This is an emerging grassroots group and is deserving of a warm welcome and all of the support that members of other grassroots groups can provide. As someone who has seen the devastation of sand mining up close, I would recommend that those coming from southern Wisconsin plan to come early so that they can see some of what our brothers and sisters in Trempeleau county are having to live with on a daily basis.
